I N T R O D U C T I O N
Over half
a century ago, Winston Churchill called World War II’s
emerging Electronic Warfare Technologies:

“Wizard War.”
Today, the
Wizard War has
moved to the
Internet!
 Wars
have been waged since the beginning of human history.
Humanity has witnessed much from the first rather symbolic
and cruel biblical war between Cain and Abel to the most
technological one that was the Second Lebanon war and -
Iraqi War of March/April 2003. The world has gone through
two great world wars and over 250 conventional and
peripheral wars only in the last ninety years since 1914.
Secret Services
and information operations have existed for over 3,000
years. The construction of strongholds in nearby hills
(castors) was adopted as basic strategy from the Romans.
This site was the zone’s focal military point. We have seen
the same strategies used by the greatest military
strategists throughout history, from Sparta, Alexander the
Great, Pompeii, Julius Caesar, Genghis Khan, through
Napoleon, Wellington, Allenby, World Wars I and WW II up to
the ultra modern wars of the Six Days, Yom Kippur, the
Falklands, the 1990 Iraqi War, the 2002 Afghanistan War, the
2003 Iraqi War Second Lebanon War and the immense weight
that information and secret operations have in
succeeding in battle and war.
Wars are fought for economic,
religious, political, cultural or social
causes. There is one common characteristic to all
wars: they bring forth modernity and

In
the development of nations, a common characteristic of
prosperity has been modernity, economic wealth and justice.
Modernity, economic wealth and justice are
characteristic of the prosperity experienced by developed
nations. “Modern society’s overall dependence upon
information technology and communications systems…brings new
threats to the society that it is, in other ways,
benefiting” according to Furnell and Warren in “Computer
Hacking and Cyber Terrorism: The real threats in the new
Millenium?”

 Abrir
los ojos cada mañana, después del sueno nocturno, es una milagro de la
vida. Debemos festejar este renacimiento con felicidad y amor, entalones
básico, así como el metro, segundo y kilogramo son las unidades básicas
de medición. El Arte, en todas sus expresiones, debe
embellecer nostras vidas, adornarlas y creo profundamente que debe
tener un mensaje positivo de cambio y de felicidad.
El Arte debe sembrar la Semilla del Bien. El Arte es para la Vida.El
Arte debe traer lo mejor de nosotros hacia la superficie de nuestra
piel.

De la forma más humilde y sincera, estos poemas de forma abstracta han
de ser el sentimiento de una edad de incertidumbre.
Más allá del ámbito personal, han de ser las observaciones de un
espectador de este teatro conglomerado e universal.
La poesía moderna debe de romper con los mismos paradigmas que amenazan
al arte contemporáneo. Esos siendo la estética y su entrega. El lugar
que ocupa la poesía en esta sociedad contemporánea y la demanda de la
misma, han de ser lejanamente desbordantes. La tarea de avivar con furor
el ideal poético de esta generación reside en la misma juventud. Es una
responsabilidad de la cual no debemos zafarnos ni excluir en los años de
cambio que se aproximan.
Esta pequeña obra trata con esperanza de apuntar a lo clásico sin
tropezar con lo moderno. La
Risa Nerviosa
no es la marca del renacimiento de la poesía, como un modo de expresión
necesario, es admitir el sentimiento de culpa de que ya no la es.
La poesía moderna, es la reencarnación en cuerpos simples y
llanos. La poesía moderna, son las tácticas de guerra y la
parlería política. Es el sonido de teclas benditas. El incesante taladro
batiendo cemento vespertino. La angustia de la alquimia atómica. El
estallido de monitores y códigos binarios. La poesía en esta
era es tanto como el ser quiere que sea. |
